This card I believe can be used for men as well as women. It is a pretty simple card that took no time whatsoever.
I used a background stamp, I believe from Simon Says Stamp and Heat embossed it with gilded embossing powder from Brutus Monroe.
I then took a White Color pencil and started to color in the areas that I would be coloring. ***This allows for the color pencil to be more vibrant and apparent on the black card stock.
I decided to only color the flowers and not the leaves. This was to bring more attention to the flower and allow the flower to be the center of attention in my background.
I did not want to use a sentiment that would cover that beautiful background, so I took a small Thanks die from Simon Says Stamp that came with a shadow die and die cut those and placed it at my desired location.
I think this card was very fun to make an easy to make with children.
