So today started on the right foot.
Yes guys I actually went to the gym and worked out. I’m talking about cardio and weight lifting. It felt great but mentally exhausting.
I also went to therapy and I made sure I helped myself before i went in. I actually talked a lot and let a lot out which helped me to relieve my emotions. But i know once I come back to my reality I will feel everything. But at least I gave her a good background on me. I think that might be the most important part is getting the info out and processing it all. Whatever that actually means!
I have a nice meal waiting for me, my favorite cookies on a plate, and a wonderful card tutorial to upload. Im actually a month ahead of the video I need to upload weekly.
Im trying to stay as positive as my mind will let me. Thats considered a start right?
Now to make a youtube video as a surprise for my viewers.
